Below is a selection of the scope involved in some of our previous and current major projects. For reasons of confidentiality the client and location is not disclosed:
Major International Circuit Feasibility Study including preparation of operating budgets and evaluation of financial risks and tourism opportunities. Provision of strategic advice to the Client and management of day-to-day operation during initial start-up phase. Preparation of plans for permanent management structure and racing circuit operation including event programme. Assessment of infrastructure and event based tourism.
Project Value: In excess of USD 80M
Review of National Motor Sport and Development of new Governance Structure Preparation of Roadmap for new national motorsport structure including commercial structure and governance structure. Drafting of proposed legislation to govern national motor sport funding and development. Preparation of sports development strategies including youth development, training and education, talent search and support programmes, club development and management structure.
Multi-Purpose Motor Sports Complex , Theme Park and Resort Stage 1: Feasibility Study including preparation of capital expenditure programme and operating budget (due diligence) for motor sports complex and theme park. Stage 2: Preparation of Business Plan and Project Master Development Plan. Preparation of sponsorship proposals and sponsorship contracts and event programme including contractual negotiations with commercial right holders and racing categories. Development of integrated theme park concept. Stage 3: Selection of management structure, staff and officials training and overseeing initial events and venue operation.

Downtown Street Circuit , Major City and Satellite Cities (several ongoing projects) Stage 1: Feasibility Study to determine the viability of staging a world class event on a temporary street circuit. Market research, evaluation of tourism & media potential, sponsorship opportunities and project budget. Stage 2: Develop annual international motor sports festival and design downtown street circuit. Establish all commercial contracts with racing series and sponsors as well as organising and delivery of event in conjunction with local management team.
Overall aim: To grow tourism and establish the city as premier tourism and commercial destination.
International Rally Provision of strategic advice and review of management and operational structure related to major events. Review of government funded motor sports activities.
Feasibility study for additional events including tourism strategies and sponsor strategies.
Business Review, Major International Circuit Review of existing major operation and development of business plan and redevelopment strategy to include leisure and theme park facilities aimed at increasing visitor numbers and tourism opportunities. Master Plan for country club, hotel, hi-tech commercial precinct and residential development to be incorporated within existing circuit precinct.
